From what I have heard from Docs, the only good thing about e-cigs is the second hand smoke is no longer probably not an issue. They told me I was sucking into my lungs something un regulated and synthetic and coming from countries that do not care what us Americans are doing as long as they are making money. One brand was found to have arsenic in it.
So, the second hand smoke thing is gone, but you dont know if this any safer for you than cigarettes. Nicotine and smoke are killers. Why start a new way of getting the nicotine?
