You are so lucky spending much time with your dad at work.

Both businesses are kinda just making things fresh again. I love a car wash and detail, but would not live without clean clothes. I also love painting a dirty wall. I used to own a turn key company and there was nothing like the accomplishment I felt when the apartement was ready for a new tenant. Now my kids probably do not like those memories when I made them work. haha

Well, as long as you enjoy what you do, that's all that matters. And it's funny . . . your dad flips back and forth between the car wash and a laundry mat. I guess he likes to make things 'clean' again . . .

Well, while not being faniliar with either, it does seem to me that there's simply less work involved in the laundromat business. Whether the cost - benefit ratio is comparable I don't know...

I guess all of us think about doing other things on occasion. I can understand his point though.

I think I would do both the Laundromat and the Car wash business. I believe
laundromats are low maintenance.
