Probably life is a lot due to attitude , do try to think of little things that will give you a tiny bit of pleasure tomorrow or in the future. One would think that with so many folk suffering depression, advice would be there in abundance. I don't mean to imply that you are, but it can't be a happy time just at the present. I have just read your next blog your daughter sounds like she is a really beautiful person, one that anybody would have been honored to have raised.

It feels like desperate spirit right now which is not normal for me. I wish I had taken a pic of what it looks like looking over the river with the snow.

Yes you are right, but it does cost to have inspections and appraisals done. I dont plan on doing any of that till all is clear.

It might protect your earnest money deposit if you make your offer
contingent upon the seller having clear title. That way they can't take your money if the deal doesn't go through. And when the right one comes along, (if this isn't it) you'll need that cash.
