I am relieved that you found out what your lumps are and I do hope that they can be treated. It sounds horrible for you poor darling. and better to be alone than with a man who wants to be somewhere else. I once spent a miserable time with someone like that. He couldn't just go but had to justify leaving by picking a terrible fight.
