Wise of you to let the nsaids alone. I don't touch them, either.
Pain stresses me, depresses me, turns me inward and sends me thinking about the worst case scenario. Sometimes I have to push myself to look for jokes, for laughing babies online, ways to focus my mind on the fact there's still a lot to be thankful for. Don't give up.

I believe once the infection is gone and it heals I will be ok. I wish I had know when I was younger what stress does to your body. Now it does not take much to trigger something. That is why I am desperate to get somewhere peaceful.
