Good Taps...you know what has to be done to keep moving but I agree it is difficult at times. I wanted to have a big walk around the Mall yesterday, I found my back starting to hurt so bad I just had to quit...tells me to keep working on the problems.

I keep seeing stuff on TV about how taking it easy and sitting are

both health hazards. I think if they wanted to keep people moving, the pundits ought to say sitting makes you look old.
