One day at a time my friend, as Wiley does even after all these years. believe it or not, I do know what you are writing about when you remind me about the drug interfence on the brain and hormones. Old Nurse stuff... Seems to me that somehow it would be wonderful if there was a way to end the depression and the pain of remembering that sends a person back to the bottle that wasn't chemical...I believe there is a way but just like taking real care of people suffering any sort of mental health issues, there is never any money sliceย left over from the cake.

Just popping in to see how you're doing, and you seem to be doing well. I didn't know you were an alcoholic,ย and thatย you've left the brotherhood, LOL...Im kidding, actually - I'm not a member, being lucky enough (or whatever) to enjoy my booze in moderate and manageable quantities, and if Iย had to quit completely (doctor's orders, for example, which are not on the agenda) it would cause me no more than a mild regret...ย
