I would think he would lose his job. Not too many coaches can survive going three years without making the playoffs.

I'm not sure. I believe his 3-year contract is up at the end of this season, and if the Giants fail to make the playoffs ( again ), which seems likely now, he could be gone. Then I suppose a whole new era will begin . . .
