I did not hear the speech. From what I heard on talk radio, Goodell did not sound sincere.
Now we have that report stating that Ravens coach John Harbaugh wanted to release Ray Rice but was overruled by owner Steve Bisciotti, general manager Ozzie Newesome and team president Dick Cass. It will be interesting to see what, if any, impact this has on Goodell.

That everyone will do the least that thy can get away with re all the abuse and bad behaviour by the stars. I mean we are talking big money here and what else really matters!!
