Yes the word says noone can be saved except His spirit draws them, some think they can get saved anytime they want, yes He stands at the door knocking continually but the word also says His spirit will not always strive with a man, the more times a person turns Him away the harder their heart becomes and the blinder their eyes become and so it becomes harder for them to feel His spirit drawing them, today is the day of salvation.
