I am inclined to believe no. Here is why. Rice will be a twenty-nine year old running back nearly two years removed from game action. That is a tough hurdle for a running back to climb. If Rice was younger, or played a different position, there is no doubt in my mind he would be back somewhere.

No, I think his days as a professional football player are pretty much over. All pro sports teams are doing their best now to distance themselves from such individuals, regardless of their skills or talents. I'd be genuinely surprised if any team picks him up . . .
