I've been following this particular fund raiser, and I was initially lead to believe that the concept was "make a donation or else get that bucket of ice water on your head!" Everyone seems to be doing both, which is fine, but kind of deviates from the original concept. No, nobody should feel obligated. People should do whatever they feel like doing . . .

It raises money for charity and it is pretty harmless. Lots of those celebs if you look close, hardly get wet.
