If this is for real, it is NOT at all good. If it is just a story you are writing, it is awesome, because the way you write it is so believable.

darling. sounds like he is going to be a sorry son of a Witch in his future. no you don't want to get mixed up in the mess he is going to find himself in. Oh i could say all sorts of witchy poo things but I need not. The most important is for you to worry about yourself with a good lawyer. I know that they cost but in the end it is the only way to get what is, after 50 years together, yours. Go for everything thast you deserve half od everything plus the furniture that you want and your special things.
