In the Summer I garden and paint rocks and clean house and go for drives through the beautiful countryside...Winter time I write...hence Tom Ugly finally got himself published this last year. Once a year I try to go back to Australia to see family and enjoy being a Grandma but that is expensive...my son helps me with the cost. I read I am MOther to that cat and Wiley has been unwell for some years and as a retired nurse i take care of him as or when needed.

That's great advice, Kabu. Thank you. I need to update Broken Chains at least once a day, but Paws? That'll probably still be updated several times a day as rants, rambles and randomness come to me. LOL. But hey, at least I've always got something to say there.

This place one can call themselves a published and paid author but it is very small but keep reading people...Oh and we only get paid per site once a day...so write on all your sites to get read, but only once a day so that you aren't wasting your hits. I suppose it is a bit of a game really. I only have one site because i am doing other things as well.

Once I figure out how to best market a site where people have to pay to read an author they've never read before, I'll be all over it like white on rice. I wish there was a way to offer free samples. LOL!

Thank you so much, FSI! I'm glad. I still remember what things are supposed to look like from childhood years, so I try and include the little details--not too overwhelming, but not too vague either. Puddles of sunlight is a bit more detailed than just saying "sun streamed in" in my opinion. I'm so glad you're enjoying them.
