i eat tumeric as much as i can....i brought a kilo of it home from egypt and gave some away to friends who cook....

Make cheese out of plain yogurt by hanging it in a cheese cloth, slice the cheese, then slice cucumbers, tomatoes and roll basil leaves and  cut crosswise into ribbons and top it with lemon juice and olive oil for heavenly salad.

Taps vinegar might stop that. Sprinkle vinegar over the cucumbers or drink a quarter glass of water with a teaspoon of vinegar in it befor the meal. It is not as bad as it sounds.

I just love cucumbers and fresh slices placed over the closed eyes do help with tired black circled and puffy eyes.

Cucumbers surely do make me burp...uncomfortably so.  Know any help for that.  I refrain from eating them for that reason.
