Very interesting indeed. I wish I could remember my history. I've read a lot, especially about that time period, and especially concerning the Crusades. But it's difficult to recall it all. Fun . . .

I remembe learning about that in different history classes, which enabled them to fund Columbus.

The truth of this situation was that they drove out the Jews from the area and funded Christopher Columbus who was a jew.

I have always found that section of History inticing to study. the uniting of two Christian sections of Spain to then chase out the Moors who had been is Spain for hundreds of years. Isabelle and Ferdinand, removed the last of the Moors and backed Christopher Columbus to sail to the new World.....Sorry, you got me running off with such a period of history.
