I imagine that it would be up to the individual coaches! If they think the kids can only handle 50 pitches or 100 pitches, that should be their decision. I may have been 'out of the loop' for a while as far as Little League is concerned, but do they actually have a bullpen with relief pitchers? I honestly don't know. If they don't, and their 'starting' pitcher is in for the duration, then the actual pitch count is meaningless . . .
