Sure, why not? A few 'hands-on' experiences are probably good for the kids, as long as the schools and teachers remain somewhat discerning . . .

Well it might help children to realize that many different forms of life exist . Not just what one chews at meal times/

Bill, I heard several of those songs last week or parts of them. This is some good real writing. I say this as a jr. High teacher. And definitely real projects keep it real and provide fun. Very important!

Yes, I feel that it can. Those sort of fairs allow children to see exotic animals they learn about in the flesh.
