Yeah, I certainly know what you mean by having a 'tough week,' and having plenty on your mind! And I hoping that Smooch's medication are really helping, and it's not just the vet's way of bleeding you dry of your finances! You have to do what you have to do for the doggie's sake, but it shouldn't ruin you financially either! There has to be a middle ground . . .

I am so sorry. I think I would check more deeply into the natural products. Still thinking and praying for you. I know you have your hands full. You may have to look at something that can be let go, do not wear yourself out with all this.

If Smooch enjoys his meals ,I think he will be OK. Do try and come off of the drugs slowly I have been on Steroids for a year and it is like painful to keep cutting them down.

Honestly I don't think caring people will be able to afford pets in the future/ someone we know had two white Persian or Siamese kittens some expensive breed. They are now grown and they cannot afford to maintain them, clipping costs £200 . The breeders don't want them back as freebies. I am afraid people are not as caring as you are.

I surely do wish you well, and Smooch, and pray that all your problems will disappear.  That probably won't happen, though, as problems are a part of life it seems.  Have a blessed Easter Day.

adnohr

I do feel for you! I too find it extremely difficult to see my pets suffer, though I've been very lucky of late...

It is tough to wait for those we love to be fully healed...The Canadiens are doing well, I see, in the playoffs. At 2-0 in the series, things are looking very good.

It ain't a matter of mind - except to force yourself to think only of today

and not let it leap ahead of itself. Plod. Slowly. Hug the puppies, one thing at a time will get you there. Watch the geese returning, take a deep breath. Maintain. And I hope you and your "boys" have a wonderful Easter holiday.
