I've been so busy with my damn computer and some other stuff that I haven't got around to reading much at all! I'm sure the thunderstorms are over by now, LOL, and that you can see at least a hint of spring!

Funny how different doggies' reactions are to storms! Jag didn't care at all, though he was scared of fireworks! Ben's reaction is one of fury - he barks constantly, sosmetimes whirling around in his rage, and is totally exhausted once it's over! And he can hear distant thunder before we can, so we alway's know it's coming...

Sorry about all the storms and the fears in the doggies and kitty. I could see all of you sitting there so cute and all taking comfort in Mommy. I am happy for Helen. Do no over do. Glad to see your post.

We had one of those rains yesterday--thunder rolling across the heavens repeatedly.  And this morning snow as the temp had dropped so low.  I have been cold all day as my body had already gotten used to the 83o temp and sunshine on the day before the rain.

Those storms sounded terrible! Mud is one thing . . . floods are even worse! Hope everyone got through it alright . . .

A tin roof's the only way to go out there in the bush

especially when there's a really dry season and fire danger. I love the sound of a gentle rain on a tin roof - but thunder vibrations are louder. When I lived in the Cascade Foothills spring thaw and mud were unavoidable. The mud around the hog pen was especially sucky and you sank ankle deep with each step.

Crikey next time you move don't get a tin roof Adnohr . One thing you are not on your own with those two pals. I bet they could hear an intruder a mile away. How is your old mate with his dogs up the road, keeping a low profile?
