I can't imagine Blogit or anybody else ever giving you the boot for any reason, but I'm glad you came right back.  It's bad enough wondering how your doggie is with you telling us.  If you can't tell us then the mind goes kind of bonkers imagining.

Although some of the news sounds discouraging for Smooch, some of his antics however sound very encouraging, at least to me! Hey, a Wet Willie from a dog can only be construed as playful good news! I'm really, really hoping that his health improves soon!

And although it's after the fact, good game with the Habs last night! I like it when we can hold an opponent scoreless, but not when we can't score ourselves! And in all the years I've been watching my Rangers, I don't think I've ever seen them lose a game on a penalty shot in overtime, and a 0-0 game at that! Good for you, not so good for us . . .

I sure hope that Smooch will get over this soon! It's really too bad that they haven't been able to come up with a proper diagnosis so far, always the first step for good treatment!

And that he opened the door at the vet's reminds me of a recent incident when I had Ben at the vet's for surgery. I forgot to tell him that Bennie hates having his paws handled, and sure enough - as he was inspecting them closely, my boy suddenly whirled, snarled and snapped at him, and the poor vet turned quite pale, LOL...

I'm sure the folks at Blogit would accept liver in payment if

there was some way to convince the bean counters at the bank that it won't gum up their digits and debits.  Smooch's breathing problems and the weakness reminds me of the issues faced by people with liver problems. When the liver doesn't make enough enzymes to clean the lungs, emphysema follows. I sure hope his blood count improves and he's soon saving all his sloppy kisses for you and not drowing the vet's ear...

Yes a bit of a meanie , That blogit computer, one would think regulars would get a bit of lee way. Poor Old Smooch life was not supposed to be like this, at least he seems to be enjoying his days as much as possible. You have done all you could for him and I do hope he will get over this. it is harsh for you.

You have many people on Blogit pulling for Smooch. That is a funny scene there with him and the vet.

of course your doggies love you and trust you. Smoochy will and is doing everything he can to get better for you and himself and he knows he is safe if you are close by. Very worrying but a very special time as well, sharing this fight with such a wonderful canine partner. Blogit police should give long timers a week or two's grace. perhaps I shall tell them.

Sometimes illness strikes, and little genetic time-bombs

change all our plans and expectations. Whatever the outcome, Smooch is blessed to have you be the one who cares for him, to make this path of his illness less difficult. I am sure the Universe is SMILING on your love and compassion.
