Re:

And I would love to hear his response, TAPS. I mean, do paratroopers yell 'Geronimo' anymore, or has it been replaced by some new, ridiculous 'politically correct' term? Or perhaps they don't yell anything at all! I know if it were me, I'd just be screaming . . .

Re: JimmyA

Thanks, Sir Wiley. I figure, if we can't start off the week with a smile or two, we're really in trouble! Glad you enjoyed them . . .

And that, Kabu, is the reaction we all love to see! Sorry to make you 'tear up,' but glad to know you're laughing . . .

Re: Jimmy

Did she really say all that, Naut? Hmmm . . . I think you may be giving her more credit than she deserves. Regardless, I'm sure, to that spider, it still looked like shit . . .

A little late in the day, eh, C C T, for 'Monday morning madness?' In response: not sure; okay; fine; probably. Next . . . ?

I'm going to ask my Grandson Michael this one.  Being a paratrooper in the US Army Airborne division, surely he would know the answer.  Baring teeth smile

  • If airplanes and skydiving had existed during the lifetime of Geronimo, what do you suppose he might have yelled as he leapt from one of those planes?

Whey protein is a mixture of globular proteins isolated from whey, the liquid material created as a by-product of cheese production. Some preclinical studies in rodents have suggested that whey protein may possess anti-inflammatory or anti-cancer properties. The effects of whey protein on human health are of great interest and are currently being investigated as a way of reducing disease risk, as well as a possible supplementary treatment for several diseases!
