A wise move it was for Rodriguez to drop his lawsuits against the different people and entities...It will be interesting to see if he comes back in 2015.

As a Yankee fan, I too have been following this little debacle, and I think Rodriguez should have simply 'fessed up' immediately, taken his slap on the wrist ( like Jason Giambi and Andy Pettitt did ) and moved on. The longer he denied the allegations, the worse it became for him, and he may have already reached the 'point of no return.' I do have to disagree on one of your points though: I highly doubt that he will ever 'run out of money!' I know legal fees for celebrities are high, but they couldn't possibly be that high! Not for someone who has more money than God . . .
