I've heard of some of these things too. Now, if it was 1914, you might be able to find some rationale and sympathy for the situation. But today? Well, let's just say that I highly doubt that the Olympic Committee is going to give any serious considerations to having a Russian city host any future Olympics . . .

I could write a book just on Greek Plumbing let alone the rest of Europe...and yes it is quite normal to dispose of used paper into a waste bin in many European countries...once you get away from Top billing hotels. Even then... someone once asked me if i could live in Greeceand without thinking of family or language or anything I just said No. It's the plumbing!!!
