Of course your suggestions are logical, but really boil down to common sense. When Hurricane Sandy smacked us around in October of '12, my wife and I were probably only partially prepared. We lost power for 8 days, and it was a terrible struggle each and every day. Now we know exactly what we may need to do to be better prepared for any future 'disasters.'
