Haven't heard 'rake' used to describe a dashing Prince Charming in a long time! In this house my LSW loves rakes - she spends a lot of time with them, LOL...

I always thought "rake" meant fun loving and likely to pull a prank,

which could well fit in with what the gossip warned. In any case, I've got to dig out my rake today and do something about those leaves while the sun shines.

I loved this post. How different things are now. We played in leaves we raked up when I was a child. You see beauty in so many things. Be blessed dear lady.

I always relate to your post love, and I am content not to be a leaf blower. Mostly I just leave them on the ground to let 'em get mulched in the spring. Happy Sunday with blessings

I can just imagine the sound of all those leafblowers...I learned a new definition for rake from this entry.
