amanda,
as a clerk typist for the city of los angeles it was my job to telephone radio dispatch calls re malfunctioning traffic lights and street signs but my real job was to sit and read the bible and pray for the city of lost angels. mine was a spiritual authority and i knew God placed me there for that reason.
