Which reminds me of some interesting studies that show people in lower income brackets spending a disproportionately higher amount on relatively more expensive fast-food items rather than on less expensive but more nutritional food that has to be prepared...

It was never meant to be a living, only a subsidy for food, not all food, just the necessities...Remember. It never was meant, or sold to the people as a way to fill the cupboards or the pantry. It makes a person wonder just how we all got by in this country from the 1700's to the 1970's with no food stamps...Oh yea...I remember...We worked.
