On facing your challanges both in your training and in your day to day work. I'm sure it is difficult to deal with all of that. Though I am in customer service myself I certainly appreciate being responsible for the safety of those people.

i understand and agree with you....my big complaint is there are bus drivers who sit there with the stop sign out for several minutes holding up traffic cuz some kid isnt at the stop and driver waits for them...if the parents cant get the kid up on time and out to the stop then they should let them walk or drive them ... courtesy goes both ways ... i am more than patient to wait while they cross the tracks and when kids are actually getting off or on and crossing the stree to go home...
they never did when my son was in school...he wasnt there on time he was left...

It is terrible how some motorists drive. I cringe when I see people ignore the stop sign on buses.
