Oh, I hate Dr.Phil so much! Why the hell doesn't anyone say to him, ' um, i don't think I'll be taking any weight-loss suggestions from YOU, tubby.' 'Cause he is, you know, the man has got some lard on him. Plus, he's not a nutritionist or a health expert! Why is the general public so gullible?! Hmm... You may have inspired me to write my own post on the matter...
