Only the lame would think this, the way things are headed in this once free nation, all holidays will soon be cancled.

I myself am fine with the way things are, with Halloween being in existence and Thanksgiving having the parade. Certainly, there is a captalistic element to all holidays (may as well throw in Fourth of July, Memorial, etc.). However, I feel that most understand the deeper meanings.
