I imagine UPS is going to be the first of many companies altering the way they do business on account of Obamacare.

The affordable care act has driven health care cost to the point of being unfordable for folks like me. It would cost me my entire income to buy even the cheapest insurance, it will cost millions of jobs and change this country into a part time work plan where people will not be able to find full time work and have to juggle several part time jobs to make ends meet. The president has taken this burden from his large cooperate donors, but not from the little people like me who will be fined for making the choice of food over insurance, but then, I am most likely a racist for saying this as that is what the brand is for those who disagree with the failed policies of this imperial president.

I do not think it is just ObamaCare.  I think it is more rooted in the Women's Lib movement where equal pay and equal rights are concerned.  I think the analogy can be made that since you wanted this, then you pay for yourself and for your own children. Many look at what can help them in their lives without thinking of the impact it has on others.  It is the part to whole, or can't see the forest for the trees.

Many will get caught up in the hype, vote according to a charasimatic leader and later think, what the heck was I thinking. By then it is too late.  My husband retired from UPS and I am very grateful for the benefits UPS had. When we think of it, few places are providing long term care and support because, get it now dominates.
