A man has no rights when it comes to a woman and children...
regardless the truth - I have had more than one instance recently where, I was not the instigator and found myself being the one scolded, disbelieved, in trouble and unsupported.
I am learning to keep my mouth shut - I have noone and I cannot defend myself.
I am just "wrong" - no matter what.

Thanks. My brother did not pay attention to red flags and simple things that indicated that he was not loved. She as many were in love with his appearance, good family with property, his good heart manner and ways, his humor, and caring way. This lady set out to get him by doing any and everything that she thought he wanted, needed and liked. Once he assumed this was how she was and he could be himself, he should not for it was a trick. She got stuck in a time zone and wanted things the way it was from the beginning. She made sure with her daughters that he would forever get manipulated, conned and deceived. Awful. My hope is that when he gets out of prison, that he will have had time to think of how he turned his back on his parents and family for her, how she did him and who actually stuck by him. The wife who he made vows to is the very person who put him through hell and now he is in a form of hell.

It is outrageous that he is not out by now. Women can be some of the worst liars in creation when they are crying and lying and acting pitiful. The poor kid is no doubt, permanently damaged from the terror from her mother and imprisonment of her father. The mother ought to be in prison for her false statements.

You are so right. Some sit back and wait to legitimize their devious behavior! It is awful. I am continually dealing with my SIL and nieces. Now that my brother is in prison, I am working with an attorney to get the divorce and his 50% of the marital assets for him. They can and will suffer for the lies through guilt when their conscience gets to them like Scrooge in Dickens novel.

I agree with Kabu. Once these types of lies and manipulations come to light, it makes it extremely difficult for women who have been legitimately raped to be believed! Unfortunately, I have read of many such incidences over the years, and can't help but think of all those innocent men wasting away in prison because of a lying, usually vindictive, female. Doesn't it seem a little unfair that, all these years women have been fighting for equality, they can still get away with things like this, that the courts and others are so quick to believe them? Men could never get away with such antics! Those women should be severely punished indeed . . .

It's a very unfortunate business. It seems to me that, because of the seriousness of the charge, a false accusation or rape, when proved in court, ought to be punished very severely...
