Re: adnohr

I caught it early and the exercises have really helped.  I hardly notice it now.

last night I was thinking of all the things I was going to do this week while I am not working and this morning the list is getting shorter

Hey, sometimes a day amongst the pillows is what we all need! It doesn't always have to be "helter skelter" . . .

taps, i have grown used to dear Wiley slipping into the bedroom...I don't make it anymore with all the fancy pillows. He likes to crawl under one cover and is asleep immediately. That is when I usually slip out to the garden.

TAPS

"I was lying on my bed with soft pillows, not sleeping, eyes open.  It just felt so good, " That is my life too, lying down a lot because whatever I have and the kinds of medication I have been prescribed just have changed me and today is another falling day.

Re: Against4WindsOn2Flam

Thank you for sharing this information.  It is a very good solution.  One think I have learned that is very important is to catch it early.  If it begins to flare up one should start doing something immediately and not put it off.

When I think back to a time of full activity I can't remember when. LOL Oh I used to work all day and not be tired. Now my most familiar part of the house is the bed. You take good care of my friend. Be up and at it soon, very soon.

Re: UtahJay

The bed can be a wonderful thing when it is needed.  Today I haven't been back in mine since I got up this morning.

Some days a pillow is all you need. Others you need company and

work and play. I hope your son's worry is soon gone. :)

I will tell you how I cured my plantar fasciitis.  The first thing I would do in the morning was to go to my freezer and a fetch a fruit juice canister.  I would roll the cansiter under my foot for five minutes and then immediately put on my shoes.  I do not remember how long it took to do this treatment, but it seemed relatively quick.  The exercises I was doing prior to that were not getting me anywhere.  A lady a church told me about this trick.  As a precaution for the future, I put insoles in my footwear now.

You poor dear!   Planters Fashitis is horrible!  My x-husband had it and my sister has it.  Keep up those little exercises to keep it from coming back and take care not to walk to much at one time!  Sister has special inserts in her shoes that help hers.
