I guess we all feel rather unsure of what we are . It is a long slow pathway that one must climb to change what is already ahead in one's mind, but obviously it can be acheived.
An interesting poem.

Bipolar disorder is difficult. Many in my family operate as such though refuse to address. Writing is a good way to dealing with racing thoughts and can help control actions that may disturb others. Your poem is well written.
