You are correct when you say not the right to stalk others. I wrote last week that I had shut down a few troublesome females. Well, this week one has done three things that appear of a stalking nature. I have three choices: ignore, confront or file a police report to document. Her brother was instutionalized for insanity and is in a half house now with little chance of functioning as an independent adult.
There is a high probability that she will end up like her brother because she is OCD. I will stand my ground with this crazy chick and hope she learns some sense or her mom and husband put a leash on her. She attempts to gain my favor and attention through her children, husband and my husband. It is not working. She cannot stop which leads me to believe that she is insane and one day she will let all know she is insane.

That's true, and there are probably going to be more and more incidences like this to prove it! Years ago, there were several "self-defense" laws on the books in many states, but the circumstances varied so much, the courts didn't know what to do with them! It's now going to turn into a case by case situation . . .
