it is a happy event....I think the baby should be called Wiley John...after my handsome hero or Victor after my Dad.

I am happy for them. I would name the prince William Jr.
I am fine with drug references in song, but they have to make sense. I am not too keen on trying to be conroversial for the sake of being controversial.
