I would imagine it would be better wherever the tree is planted if
the person doing the planting knew what they are doing!!

I would say that they should be expected to know...I am not sure what goes into the training.

I don't know how to train them, but some one who does should train them right! Being a tree enthusiast myself, I would have to correct that.
