True Story: My grandma called me once, quite upset. She had just heard the ad for Pizza Hut delivery and wanted to place an order.
"Mia, the ad said to call three-ten-ten-ten, but this darn new phone stops at 9! You know about technology; can you call them for me?" And just for the record, my grandma is a brunette...
