naut

so glad i read this post as i got such a giggle.  in rats not sure about mice but the teeth keep growing, hence the gnawing a rat does to keep his teeth filed down, so i was thinking if i had to eat all the time to keep my new teeth an appropriate length, how fat do you think i would get?  lol  this is really very interesting though.

Naut

I love many kinds of cheese but I will gum it before I will eat it with rat teeth. Yuk!

I can only suppose that would fall into the category of good news/bad news . . . depending on which side of the "tail" you're on!

The more cloning stories they write, the more I wonder about

genetics - we're not descended from apes after all, but from mice?  Gives new power to the old gangster movies, "You dirty rat, you!" & lines like that.

It seems we can't go anywhere without the worry of cats, but the research sounds wonderful, I'd love to lose this lower plate of mine...Its giving me fits.
