Interrupters are by far one of the most missing pieces in our health care system. If the emergency room has a list of them, by the time they have been located and get to the room 'the golden hour' is five hours old.

Interpreters are needed to help with the transition. I think the Patient Advocates have little training and are volunteers. Some changes are definitely needed.
