Sweet doesn't tempt me.  Salty, crunchy, spicy, are always after me--and cheese.  I have to stay away from those aisles in the foodmart, and hang out in produce.

A lot of it has to do with upbringing. Many parents try to instill in their children the benefits of certain foods versus the down side of fatty snacks and fast foods! But sometimes, when those cravings hit . . .

Now that sounds another good idea.

I love my fruit and enjoy an apple with a couple of pieces of cheese...Pineapple too I love but it brings blisters up on my tongue....don't ask!!!! I will try a piece of dark chocky instead of the cheese sometimes.
