If I want to get my car washed, I go where I can get a discount on gas. In other words, my first decision is whether I want to get my car washed at all...Sometimes I just go over it with the garden hose...

i found this very interesting, yes, i would always get my car washed if there was a discount on gas, because i dont like to wash the car at home.  never realizing that one would offset the other.  there are other things to take into account like we pay alot for our water and even though i am basically retired, my time is valuable to me because i want to spend it doing the things i like to do.  very interesting post on how people are spending their money.

We take a discount on gas wherever we can get it, or anything else we buy actually.

we have a grocery store here that owns it own gas station and they give you up to 23 cent discount if you spend $100 in the month I would call that a win win situation, especially now with the gas prices changing every day

It's funny how there are only a very small number of people profiting from fuel sales, but they make a really big profit
