Re: Kabu

LOL I fix computers so I am the last person to ask about trendy   I was listening to my niece talk with some friends over Christmas and it seemed that every other word from their lips was a brand name, it sadened me that they saw the label as a thing to be desired regardless of the product it was attached to

Re: Sinome

Thank you for that, sweetie, I had not  thought of the possitive aspects before.  I might argue the economy aspect but I think your second point is very valid.  One question though:  Do the Kardishans supply fashion stuff then?  I thought they were just on Star Trek :P

No worries about the emoticons, it's what they're there for   xoxoxoxo

I will go and buy myself some short trousers and set a trend for this snowy weather. What a jolly idea your poem projects.

The inner voice tells us a lot...

So true... we should listen to our inner voice ...  but to be fair... I  think trends serve two very important purposes:  one they stimulate the economy... imagine if we did not have to buy new stuff and it were acceptable to use the things we have in our closet    Someone like me that never throws anything out would never ever have to walk into a store EVER again!  ... all that money saved would be a good outcome of that way of thinking ... or... would it it???  Besides the fact that the Kardashians would die of hunger ,  imagine how boring it would be not to look forward to new things ... different things... ,  extravagant, unaffordable things

... Trends can be fun and in a way they give us permission to go out of our cnfort zone... Now... everything in moderation :-)  I will go now to see if I can get me one of those new and trendy high heel sneakers    xoxoxoxo

PS I always wanted to use all those emoticons  loll  Sorry   xoxoxo
