I wish you well sorting out things...In spite of the cold weather I have fortunately not heard any local news about the CO2 issues.

I wouldn't say a darned word unless they ask you, it'd none of their business anyway, is it? You''ll be giving enough notice when the time is right.

How funny, I stopped and had my oil changed this morning as well, for the trip to Denver which I really, really do not want to take, and like you, I worry myself sick over it...Hope that closing happens real soon.

It should be alright; it is your concern as long as you follow their rules.  All that worrying I did the last 6 years did nothing but cause me to shell out money on scam after scam and avoid doing real things for myself, including moving forward like you are now!!   I am changing now after seeing the trends.

We have carbon monoxide detectors in our house, and they really came in handy one day when the back-up battery for our sump pump began to spew gases! Always better to be prepared! Good luck!

it will be OK...just tell them your Son is in a mess and dumped

all his stuff on you while he works out his life....I should write posts on what I dumped on my Sons when they were growing up. Didn't hurt them of course and people are so sympathetic.

sam...

I worry too much about everything, too...we take after my Moms...Our old carbon monoxide detector woke Liz and me up one night, beeping loudly at us...we called the fire dept. immediately and they had a truck in front of our place in minutes - it was a dead battery - they replaced the detector at no cost...

sure hope that all regarding the sale of your home works out for you...
