Are you still shoveling 21 hours later?  I hope not.  LOL
I love seeing you excited about moving.

It's been bone chilling damp here the past month, but not much snow.  Glad your plans are getting all in order.  A little rest will get you ready to tackle the agenda  ahead!

Looks like everything is going in order except for the snow

Waiting is no fun at all, is it?  I hope things begin to move soon for you

You would not need a shovel here Sam. Stupid Health and safety regulations make folk wary of changing the status quo. Clear the snow and someone slips and sues the poor considerate person for having a slippery pathway.

saw your comment at my post. Excellent and if you pay it off in double

quick time then you can move onto something else that you want to upgrade...or take a rest. LOL. But either way, you keep your credit rating in a healthy state. Those no interest lones are great so long as you don't go past that date!!!

Just wondering Sam, can you raise a few more dollars onto the morgage

to cover the expensive costs...and then concentrate on paying that part back quicker. I have no idea about managing finances in your country. Just trying to be an 'elper!!!!
