What tremendous news!! It sounds almost perfect, a Truly great find and blessing!! You are so clever at arranging things; so close to everyone and everything. The neighborhood we walk through the most with the Adult I work with is like that and they are very nice likable people, so I would think it may be worth it to be in one of those. A most Happy New Year To You.

Hey Sam you could have a large frame perhaps and use poly sheets instead of glass.
Any way you wont have to worry about watering your pots. Nothing is ever perfect but this sounds good.

What a treat for us here on Blogit, first Sinome comes home and then you too. I am so happy for you and your new house. When we moved in to this house there was no sliding glass door out back either, just a window. So I cut it out and put in French doors, so you see, you are right, its not the end of the world...Do you have a saw?

Although it seems you may have had to do a little compromising, it still sounds close enough to be your "dream house." Just from these few pics I can see why your heart is set on getting this place!
