Personally, I'm all for it, for a couple of reasons. First of all, it can be controlled and moderated just like alcohol ( people aren't supposed to be drinking and falling down drunk in public either ). Secondly, the taxes that could be collected off of it could easily balance the budget of any state willing to legalize it. Third, many European countries have already shown and proven how much the crime-rate has dropped because of its legalization. Fourth, I read almost everyday of the drunk-driving accidents that occur around the country, but very, very, very rarely read or hear of an accident that was caused by a driver who was "high." Hopefully, other states will "see the light" soon, legalize the stuff already, and give the Mexican cartels nothing left to kill each other over! That's just my opinion.
