This type of behaviour had it's confusing effect on me and I stayed
nearly 20 years in a miserable/ abused situation. When you stop wondering back and forth you will pack and go.

It's interesting how some people operate. They do one thing (i.e. fixing dinner) and then do another that is a completely different act (i.e. the dog's head getting slammed by the door).
