Pan don't be such a baby, you have travelled all over are intelligent and the Hospitable is just up the road, but if you can afford it and don't tell us, get yourself into the doctors tell them it is an emergency and ask for a private assessment. It might just be wind or you may have strained yourself. Don't worry about those silly nightmares you get those as you get older. I am a hypocrite I always try to cure myself , but this is stressing you out and you should bite the bullet not expel .

I had an appendectomy when I was a year and a half. I do not remember it.

Pain is a symptom of a medical problem.
Ignore it at your own risk. At least there is recoverey from surgery. Gangrene from a ruptured appendix will make this twinge feel like nothing.
